Resilience plays a critical role in determining how we respond to stress, trauma, and life's challenges, as well as how quickly we recover from them. This course serves as a foundational resource for individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or PTSD. The comprehensive 153-page workbook covers each of the 5 steps in detail, offering practical worksheets and insightful questionnaires to support your journey. Additionally, the course includes 16 guided meditations, each thoughtfully crafted to align with and enhance your progress at every step. When you join the private mentorship with Crystal, you can choose to do the program online or face-to-face, you will have fortnightly sessions to work through the content and dive deeper into experiential components, having it all tailored to your individual needs! The amount of sessions will be dependent upon the individual and charged accordingly.
